These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made via the website https://www.connishiva.comoperated by Cornelia Buttmann-Scholl, a sole trader registered under the French SIRET number 42429215900060.

1. Products and services offered

The website offers the following items for sale:
– Handcrafted Shibori textile creations
– Downloadable tutorials
– Services (courses, workshops)

As each textile item is unique, slight variations in colour, pattern or texture may occur. Colours may also vary depending on the screen used. Natural indigo evolves over time: this is part of the living character of handcrafted dyeing.

2. Prices

The prices displayed on the website are net prices. In accordance with Article 293B of the French General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable. Delivery costs are added at the time of ordering, depending on the country, weight, and value of the order.

3. Order and payment

Payment is made online via the secure SumUp platform, by credit card or PayPal.

4. Delivery

- Delivery in mainland France is via Mondial Relay at a flat rate of €6, regardless of the value of the order.

- For orders to certain European countries (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland), delivery is also made via Mondial Relay for a flat rate of €15.

- For any other destination in the world, please contact me before placing your order so that I can calculate the shipping costs and find the most suitable solution.

– For products in stock: dispatch within 3 to 5 working days.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product in good condition.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, images, visuals, videos, logos) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Cornelia Buttmann-Scholl.

7. Liability

Cornelia Buttmann-Scholl cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products purchased, inappropriate use or lack of maintenance. Handcrafted textiles must be washed by hand, in cold water, with care appropriate for natural indigo.
