Each brooch is a fragment of textile poetry. Made from silver-plated stainless steel, it highlights a small piece of fabric dyed by hand using the traditional Japanese Shibori technique, with natural indigo. The fabric is delicately protected under a glass cabochon, which amplifies the shades of blue and the subtle patterns formed by folding, sewing or binding the textile.
The brooch's tray measures 3 cm in diameter: an ideal size for adorning a jacket lapel, bag, collar or even a hat. Made from stainless steel, the brooch is light, strong and durable.
Each piece is unique, as much for the Shibori pattern as for the light that the glass gives to the indigo. A small jewel, both discreet and profound, that celebrates the beauty of craftsmanship and the richness of natural indigo.
