These unique earrings blend understated elegance with artisanal craftsmanship. Set on a stainless steel post, they are both lightweight, durable, and comfortable to wear all day long. Their charm lies in the glass cabochon which protects and enhances a tiny piece of fabric hand-dyed using the traditional Japanese Kanoko Shibori technique, by the artisans of the Kyoto Shibori Museum.

Each pair is different, reflecting a precious artisanal gesture. This poetic jewel carries within it the story of an ancestral textile art, reinterpreted here in a delicate and contemporary creation.

Total length: 3.5 cm

Cabochon diameter: 1.3 cm
Materials: Stainless steel (hypoallergenic), glass, silk fabric

Dye colour: black (not indigo blue 😉

Lovingly crafted in my workshop, these earrings are an ode to Shibori.
